Service now Engineer || Mountain View Hybrid at Intuit office 3 days a week Design scalable, robust, and innovative ServiceNow solutions that align with business needs and technical requirements. Guide the architecture and implementation of core ITSM processes, custom applications, and integrations. - Provide deep expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM. - Stay up to date with new features, functionalities, and best practices in ServiceNow. - Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation using the ServiceNow platform. - Ensure that solutions are efficient, maintainable, and aligned with business goals. - Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and smooth operation across platforms. - Ensure all ServiceNow solutions adhere to security standards and regulatory requirements. Implement access controls, encryption, and other security measures as needed. - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all customizations, configurations, and workflows. Provide training and support to end-users and other developers as necessary. - Monitor the performance and health of the ServiceNow platform, identifying and resolving any issues proactively to ensure optimal performance. - Collaborate with IT leadership, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
