Job Description:
Competencies: Digital : ServiceNow_IT Service Management, Selenium
Experience (Years):        6-8
Essential Skills:
SNOW SDET - SDET position with Development based Testing experience in SNOW Telecom modules such as TSM and TSOM.
Strong Network Engg exp in Field Operations with workflow experience in ITSM modules of ServiceNow.
Developing automation for ServiceNow Flows for regression suite
Expertise in Telecom Surveillance and Alarm Testing
Expertise in Telecom Ticket dispatching and Monitoring
Understanding on Outage Issue tracking (Ticket ) and maintenance knowledge
Maintaining, testing and implementing disaster recovery procedures.
Hands-on experience with JIRA
Strong analytical skill to analyze data
