Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams, especially in a network engineering or IT infrastructure environment. Expertise in release management tools (e.g., Jira, Git, Jenkins, ServiceNow). Experience with multi-phase release management, including planning, coordination, testing, deployment, and post-release activities. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to interact with technical and non-technical teams. Ability to identify and manage release risks and ensure mitigation plans are in place.
