Must have 4-5 years of experience in hashtag#OAC/ hashtag#OBIEE. 3. Minimum 6 years of strong experience in Oracle Data Integrator (hashtag#ODI)with knowledge of data modeling and ETL design. 4. Minimum 3-4 years of strong experience in OBI-APPS (Financials analytics modules). 5. Good querying skills on Oracle database with ability to understand and debug PL/SQL procedure. 6. Good knowledge of Enterprise application data structure (Oracle, PeopleSoft). I 7. Experience of performance tuning of mappings and able to tune mappings at ETL level and provide suggestion of tuning at database level. 8. Ability to design ETL unit test cases and debug ETL Mappings. 9. Strong knowledge and experience and implementation of Oracle Data warehouse concepts SCD, Aggregates, Hierarchy tables, Snapshot fact tables etc. 10. Ability to work with functional groups and different level of employees to achieve results effectively and professionally. 11. Strong follow-up skills: ability to organize applicable department timelines and follow up with internal and external customer needs 12. Strong organizational skills, ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment. Good-to-Have 1. Flexible work timings 2. Participate in day-to-day aspects of a formal Agile/Scrum process, including contributing to Agile meetings (backlog, planning, review, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups). 3. Experience with ITSM tools like Service-Now 4. Must be able to work with Business Customers, Line Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in a professional and collaborative manner to define strategies and implementation approaches. SN Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role 1. Work on ITSM tool - Service Now. 2. Daily Operations - Solving L2/L3 level tickets. 3. Technical/Functional Gap Assessment and Resolution. 4. Expertise to train staff on Module specific knowledge. 5. Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies. 6. Team leadership activities include mentoring Jr support technicians.
