From: Rakesh, Blue Ocean Ventures [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi, Role : UI/UX Designer Location : Dallas TX (Locals Only) Job Description UX/UI Design: Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests, to inform design decisions. Develop user personas, journey maps, and other user-centered design artifacts. Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI layouts for web applications. Ensure designs are intuitive, accessible, and align with design system and design guidelines. Work closely with developers to ensure design implementation aligns with specifications. Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and user needs. Create user stories, acceptance criteria, UX specifications, and other documentation using Jira and Confluence. Participate in PI planning, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies to ensure that design work aligns with development timelines. Support product managers in setting clear priorities and ensuring that design work meets business objectives. Agile Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies. Continuously iterate on design solutions based on feedback from stakeholders and users. Document and share design decisions, user insights, and progress in Confluence to keep all teams aligned. Experience: - 8+ Years experience Location: - Fort Worth, Tx Educational Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
