Visual and Interaction Design: Create polished, pixel-perfect designs and engaging user interactions that enhance the overall experience. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business goals into design solutions. Research and Testing: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs and improve user satisfaction. Design Systems: Build and maintain scalable design systems and components to ensure consistency across products. Innovation: Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to introduce fresh ideas and approaches. Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably including time in a startup environment. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and impactful results. Tools: Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g. Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite). Skills: Expertise in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, with a strong understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles. Communication: Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively to stakeholders. Teamwork: A collaborative mindset with a proven ability to work across disciplines. Education: Bachelors degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field is preferred. Bonus Points: Experience working in a Conversational AI, SaaS, or B2B product environment. Familiarity with the unique challenges of business administrator tools and workflows. Background in designing for scalable, complex systems.
