Perform burn-down metrics and maintenance, inspect, and provide metrics on artifacts, conduct change management, remove impediments, anticipate risks and dependencies managing them proactively. Assist the Product Owner and Scrum team with Product and Sprint backlog planning and maintenance, ceremonies, artifacts creation, and maintenance. Analyze, provide guidance, and communicate with all stakeholders constantly improving the quality of deliverables, and evolving the Definition of Done. Train and coach, the organization on the Scrum framework, tools, values, processes, principles, values, best practices, execution, and adoption.
