Must be able to convert without sponsorship and provide target salary range Would like to see experience in IBM Cloud secrets, Akeyless or hashicorp experience Title: IAM / Security Product Manager Company: CVS Health - https://cvshealth.com Location: Remote EST hours Start: ASAP Duration: 6-9 months to conversion Interview Process: Virtual Teams Interview X2 Experience Level: 5+ years in IAM/Security Product Management 10+ years in IT Security Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our IAM Cloud Secrets Management product (e.g.,Akeyless, HashiCorp Vault). As part of the Privileged and Access Management organization, you will play a critical role in enhancing security capabilities for our organization by managing the lifecycle of secrets management solutions, ensuring scalability, compliance, and usability across cloud environments. Key Responsibilities: Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the IAM Cloud Secrets Management platform, focusing on solutions like HashiCorp Vault. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, security, DevOps, and stakeholders) to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery. Ensure seamless integration of the secrets management product with cloud platforms and DevSecOps pipelines. Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance product capabilities and maintain a competitive edge. Drive adoption by evangelizing the product across teams, facilitating training sessions, and developing documentation. Measure product success using key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback. Work with compliance and security teams to ensure adherence to organizational and regulatory standards. Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience as a Product Manager in the IAM or security domain, with a focus on secrets management solutions like Akeyless, HashiCorp Vault or similar. Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM), IAM concepts, and cloud security. Experience collaborating with technical teams, particularly in DevSecOps and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to define and prioritize product requirements in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of automation, CI/CD pipelines, and modern cloud-native architectures is a plus.
