Strong understanding of collections & recovery lifecycle, including delinquencies, charge-offs, repossessions, settlements, and bankruptcies. Experience with collections and recovery platforms (e.g., FICO Debt Manager, CACS, Experian Tallyman, TSYS, or similar). SQL expertise for data analysis and reporting. Proficiency in business analysis tools (JIRA, Confluence, Visio, etc.). Strong knowledge of financial regulations governing debt collections and recoveries. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge business and technical teams.
