Title: HIL Validation Engineer Location: Dearborn, MI Duration: 12+Months Experience: 6-8yrs Note: Please do not Submit H4ead, L2ead CPT, OPT, F1 Job Description Understand requirements of vehicle systems, platforms, and features Discuss with Customer teams and get the clarification on requirements if needed Develop Design Verification Methods against requirements Develop test scripts against DVMs in Python or CAPL etc. Analyzing the Failed Test cases and identify where the problems are in test case, software, calibration etc. Take complete ownership of the work assigned in terms of quality and timeliness Ensure correct version control mechanisms used Timely escalation of issues and risks Competencies: EIS: Embedded Digital Hardware Design and Development Essential Skills: Strong experience in HIL Testing (Manual or Automated) Strong knowledge of HIL setup Experience in prototype testing using Speedgoat or MicroAutoBox Hands on experience in Matlab modeling Hands on experience CANoe and CANape Review of the Test Procedures scripts and Test Results. Automation of test procedures using CAPL scripts. Defect reporting and tracking during system and acceptance testing till closure Knowledge of OBD-II standard, diagnostic service implementation and Network communication protocol Good analytical, problem solving and debugging skills Desirable Skills: Perform interaction across multiple suppliers /Software provider for query/issue resolution Test procedure execution and program ownership for HIL Testing on Speedgoat or MicroAutoBox Analyze requirements and develop models in Matlab Simulink/ Stateflow Analysis of system level requirements for climate ECU and discussion with various stakeholders Understand client requirements and leading discussions to expand current business Responsible for test reports and product quality Keywords: rlang golang Michigan #Urgent- HIL Validation Engineer - Dearborn, MI [email protected] |
