Job Title : Oracle EBS R12 Developer Location : Ann Arbor Townshi, MI Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Oracle EBS R12 Developer to design, develop, and support Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle R12 modules, PL/SQL, and workflow development, along with a strong understanding of system integrations and customizations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Application Development & Customization : Design, develop, and enhance Oracle EBS R12 applications using PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, and OA Framework. Customize and extend standard Oracle EBS modules using Oracle Application Framework (OAF), XML Publisher, and Workflow Builder. Develop and maintain interfaces, concurrent programs, and custom reports. 2. System Integration & Support: Work on Oracle APIs, Web Services, and Open Interfaces for seamless integration with third-party applications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle EBS customizations, workflows, and concurrent programs. Provide production support, including bug fixes and performance tuning. 3. Data Management & Reporting: Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database triggers for efficient data processing. Create and maintain BI Publisher reports, Discoverer reports, and Oracle Forms/Reports. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with business requirements. 4. Functional & Technical Collaboration: Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions. Work closely with DBAs and infrastructure teams to optimize system performance. Assist in testing, migration, and deployment of Oracle EBS custom components. 5. Project Implementation & Upgrade Support: Participate in Oracle EBS upgrades, patches, and implementation projects. Conduct impact analysis and regression testing for new Oracle patches and releases. Document technical specifications, user manuals, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 development. Strong expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflow Builder. Experience with OAF (Oracle Application Framework) and XML Publisher. Hands-on experience with Oracle APIs, Open Interfaces, and Web Services. Knowledge of Oracle Financials, SCM, HRMS, or Manufacturing modules (depending on business needs). Familiarity with Unix/Linux scripting and Oracle Workflow. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
