Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective financial solutions. Serve as the Change Management Process Owner and act as a liaison with the Quality and Delivery team for the implementation of changes. Manage incidents and defects, coordinating with relevant parties (customers, development team, management) to ensure timely resolution of issues and defects. Identify opportunities to streamline and automate financial processes.
