BigID integration with different data sources like s3, confluence, jira, sharepoint, 0365, databases, Client, onprem, cloud etc ========================================================================================================================================== DocPlus Developer Atlanta, GA(On-site) Type-c2c Min 8+yr experience JD: Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Customer Communication Management solutions using Client Docplus, OpenText Exstream, or related platforms. Create and maintain document templates, workflows, and communications, ensuring they are tailored to meet business and client requirements.. Integrate Client Docplus with other Client applications and third-party systems. Analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and develop efficient solutions. Collaborate with project managers, business analysts and testing teams to gather requirements and define communication strategies. Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure optimal performance for CCM-related issues. Provide technical support for the Docplus platform, including addressing issues and providing troubleshooting assistance. Create and maintain technical documentation for Docplus integrations, processes, and configurations. Required Qualifications: Proven experience as a CCM Developer, with hands-on experience using Client Docplus, OpenText Exstream, or similar CCM platforms. Strong knowledge of document composition, workflow design, and communication management. Strong understanding of the Client Docplus platform and its components (workflow design, document generation, template management, etc.). Proficiency in Docplus scripting languages (e.g., XML, XSLT, JavaScript). Expertise in template design and document generation using CCM tools. Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, XML, or related technologies. Experience with data integration (e.g., XML, JSON) between CCM systems and external data sources (e.g., CRM). Understanding of document production processes, including batch processing, dynamic content generation, and multi-channel delivery (print, email, web). Familiarity with version control systems like BitBucket to manage source code and configuration related changes. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of database systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle). Experience in automation of document management workflows and processes.
