The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in data modeling, integration, migration strategies, and Power BI reporting to support sales, finance, and marketing teams.Key Responsibilities: Work with Adobe's internal data and business teams to define data-related project requirements. Analyze and map fields between SFDC and Dynamics 365, ensuring data integrity. Design end-to-end data strategies to integrate objects across multiple systems and financial KPIs. Build integrations between SFDC, Dynamics 365, SAP ECC, and DBX for Power BI-based financial reporting. Support migration of Marketing and Sales data from Salesforce to Dynamics 365. Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams to define detailed data specifications. Develop advanced BI reporting capabilities to provide insights for Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams. Address data migration challenges and implement innovative solutions to ensure a smooth transition. Conduct QA testing, validation, and production cutover to ensure data accuracy and system readiness. Support release planning and backlog scheduling, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting during Hyper Care sessions.Essential Skills: Strong experience in Salesforce (SFDC) and Dynamics 365 field mappings, data models, and migrations. Hands-on experience integrating SFDC, Dynamics 365, SAP ECC, and DBX for reporting. Expertise in Power BI, data modeling, and financial KPI reporting. Experience with Sales & Marketing data migration and understanding related challenges. Strong understanding of BI tools, reporting techniques, and enterprise data integration. Ability to conduct QA testing, production cutovers, and hyper-care support.Desirable Skills: Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based data management. Familiarity with advanced BI analytics techniques. Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
