The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with RPA platforms, preferably Automation Anywhere. Knowledge of programming concepts and familiarity with common business applications is also beneficial. Responsibilities Designing and developing bots to automate business processes and workflows. Using Automation Anywhere's drag-and-drop interface to create rule-based automations. Testing and debugging bots to ensure proper functionality. Documenting unit test cases Collaborating with business users to gather requirements and understand processes for automations. Optimizing existing bots for improved performance and efficiency. Documenting bot logic, dependencies, and deployment procedures. Training and performing knowledge transfer to staff. Staying updated on new Automation Anywhere features and best practices. Providing technical support for deployed bots and troubleshooting issues. Working with the control room to manage bot deployment and scheduling. Adhering to coding standards and best practices for RPA development.
