Expertise in assessment of existing Automation tools, process, and frameworks, identifying technical gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Expertise in Automation Tool comparison and recommending the right tool through POC inlined with the customer landscape & Budget. Design & Perform Control & Compliance Testing of customer business stack, inlined with Automation in Silos & End-End Integration. Derive Automation Maturity Assessment & Implementation (Pre-Crawl, Crawl, Walk, Run, Fly). Setting up Automation- COE as Horizontal for Independent Verification & Validations Services which can be accommodated across the Client Enterprise. Defining & Adoption of Automation Target Operating Model (TOM) inlined with Recommendations & Roadmap including Risks & Mitigations. Deriving the Best Automation Practices and adopt them in multiple LOBs in terms of Reusable & Scalable optimal Solution.
