Role: Java/WebSphere Developer Location: Remote Need 10+ years of candidate. Responsibilities - Design, develop, and deploy WebSphere-based applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. Ensure the optimal performance, security, and scalability of WebSphere applications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WebSphere applications. Perform regular maintenance and updates to keep the applications running smoothly. Write and maintain technical documentation for WebSphere applications. Provide support and guidance to other team members working on WebSphere projects. Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience working with IBM WebSphere. Strong understanding of web-based applications and system architecture. Experience with Java, J2EE, and related technologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Experience with SQL and database management systems.
