Extensive experience in sap, sap plm, and java development with a proven track record of successful project implementations. 2. Proficiency in designing and implementing solutions using sap modules and sap plm functionalities. 3. Strong programming skills in java and hands-on experience with development frameworks like spring, hibernate, etc. 4. Sound knowledge of software development lifecycle (sdlc) processes and methodologies. 5. Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead technical teams and interact with stakeholders. 6. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to address technical challenges and drive continuous improvement.
