Key Responsibilities: Business Requirements Gathering: Understand business needs, identify critical master data elements, and translate them into detailed functional requirements for the MDM solution. Product Vision and Roadmap: Define the overall MDM product vision, prioritize features, and create a roadmap for development and implementation aligned with business objectives. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, data stewards, technical architects, and developers to gather feedback, manage expectations, and ensure alignment on MDM strategy. User Story Creation: Develop clear and concise user stories to guide the development process, including acceptance criteria and prioritization. Agile Methodology: Facilitate agile ceremonies like sprint planning, backlog grooming, demo reviews, and retrospectives to ensure efficient development and delivery. Data Quality Governance: Establish data quality standards, define data cleansing rules, and monitor data quality metrics to maintain data accuracy within the MDM system. Technical Oversight: Possess a strong understanding of Informatica MDM capabilities, including data modeling, data matching, data stewardship, and data synchronization to guide technical design decisions. Testing and Validation: Participate in testing phases to ensure the MDM solution meets functional and non-functional requirements, including user acceptance testing. Deployment and Support: Oversee the deployment of the MDM solution and provide ongoing support to address issues and user queries post-implementation. Required Skills and Experience: Deep Expertise in MDM: Proven experience with Informatica MDM platform, including data modeling, data quality rules, data matching algorithms, and data synchronization mechanisms.
