Hi, Position Title: SAP PLM Lead with Java Job Location: Remote Job Type: Contract Job Description: We are looking for an experienced SAP PLM Lead with strong Java development skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and the ability to integrate SAP solutions with Java-based applications. Responsibilities: Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP PLM solutions. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP PLM modules. Develop and customize SAP PLM applications and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA). Provide leadership to a team of SAP PLM consultants and developers. Utilize Java to build custom applications and integrations that support SAP PLM workflows. Work on SAP PLM technical architecture, performance tuning, and optimization. Ensure compliance with coding standards, documentation, and best practices. Manage and oversee the testing, deployment, and post-production support of SAP PLM solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within deadlines. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in SAP PLM implementation and support. Proficiency in Java programming language, with experience in developing and deploying Java-based applications. Strong understanding of SAP PLM processes and integration with other SAP modules. Expertise in SAP PLM tools, including SAP Engineering Control Center (ECTR), SAP Product Structure Management (PSM), and SAP Document Management System (DMS). Hands-on experience with SAP integration technologies such as SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), or SAP Gateway. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: SAP certifications in PLM or Java development are a plus. Experience in leading and managing SAP PLM projects.
