Sr. Business Analyst Location: Quincy, MA (Local Candidates Only - Hybrid) Duration: Multi-Year Renewable Contract Visa: GC/USC/H4EAD What You ll Do: Lead Agile projects Define requirements, manage sprints, and own backlog Use JIRA & Confluence Keep track of tickets, documentation, and workflows Run SQL queries Validate data & generate reports Facilitate JAD sessions Gather business needs and improve processes Monitor systems & resolve issues Track errors, analyze reports, and fix problems Work with stakeholders Collaborate across teams & communicate requirements Create technical documentation Process flows, requirement docs, and system diagrams What You Need: 5+ years of Business Analysis experience (Agile, Scrum preferred) Expertise in JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint Strong SQL skills (TOAD or similar tools) Hands-on experience with process mapping & data validation Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills CSPO, CBAP, or Agile certifications are a plus!
