The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience from an overall 10 years in database management, report development, and ETL processes, along with a proven track record in providing technical support for applications. Responsibilities: Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement. Provide technical support for applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases and database objects (tables, views, indexes, stored procedures, functions, etc.) Optimize database performance through indexing, query optimization, and other techniques. Ensure data integrity and security through proper design and implementation of database constraints and permissions. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports using SSRS. Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS Required to come into our NYC office 3 days a week Qualifications/Skills: A bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related technical field. At least 7 years of proven experience as an SQL Developer from an overall 10 years . Proficiency in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries and stored procedures. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, SSRS, Power BI). Extensive experience with troubleshooting Application support issues Strong knowledge and understanding of the software development cycle and methodologies Experience with Workday or any HR platform is plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational, multitasking and multi-focus skills.
