The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions to manage user identities, access controls, and security compliance.Key Responsibilities: SailPoint IIQ Development & Implementation: Develop and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ workflows, rules, and connectors. Implement access certification, lifecycle management, and provisioning/de-provisioning processes. Customize identity governance policies as per business requirements. Integration & Automation: Integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, Workday, and other IAM tools. Develop custom scripts using Java, Bean, and Power for automation. Access Management & Compliance: Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements. Conduct role-based access control (RBAC) and segregation of duties (SoD) analysis. Troubleshooting & Support: Provide L2/L3 support for SailPoint IIQ issues and enhancements. Conduct performance tuning and optimize workflows. Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with security, IT, and business teams to define IAM strategies. Maintain technical documentation, design documents, and user guides.Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical Expertise: 3+ years of SailPoint IIQ development experience. Strong hands-on experience with Java, Bean scripting, REST APIs, and SCIM connectors. Experience with IAM workflows, rules, and custom connectors. Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, SQL, and cloud IAM solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP). Security & Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of identity governance, role-based access control (RBAC), and multi-factor authentication (MFA). Familiarity with NIST, SOX, HIPAA, and GDPR compliance requirements. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills: Experience with Okta, CyberArk, or PingFederate. Prior experience in banking, healthcare, or government sectors is a plus.
