The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions for migrating contact center services from Genesys to Amazon Connect. Key Responsibilities: Lead the migration from Genesys to AWS Connect, ensuring seamless transition. Develop and deploy AWS-based contact center solutions using Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, and other AWS services. Optimize call routing, IVR flows, and integration with third-party applications.
