The role involves solution design, configuration, and support to optimize the Oracle Fusion application suite, specifically in the ERP (Finance) domain. Key responsibilities include evaluating quarterly releases, testing, ensuring system performance, and mentoring team members. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance (ERP) applications. Configure and design solutions, including fast formulas and custom fields. Assess quarterly Oracle Fusion Cloud updates, test impacts, and coordinate with business teams. Ensure optimal application performance, security, and reliability through proactive monitoring and audits. Lead end-to-end project implementations, including requirements gathering, testing, and rollouts. Design and implement custom security roles, ensuring compliance and vulnerability mitigation. Collaborate with IT, vendors, and Oracle to maintain schedules, resolve issues, and document processes. Mentor and train team members to strengthen Oracle Fusion application expertise. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent. 7+ years of ERP implementation/administration experience. 3+ years as a Finance Functional Lead for Oracle Fusion Cloud. Expertise in configurations, customizations, and Oracle Fusion integrations. Proven leadership and collaboration skills in project execution. Strong communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and configurations. Experience with security roles and workflow setup in Oracle Fusion applications. Familiarity with other Oracle Fusion applications like ERP & EPM. Strong business acumen in Finance/HR/Payroll.
