Tools: eDiscovery and legal hold owned by Smarsh, specifically with knowledge on Micro Focus eDiscovery and Legal Hold tools
Expected skill set:
Maintain application availability
Update website certificates as required
Monitor IDOL backups
Respond to tickets and requests by users
Update legal hold notifications as requested
Update workflows in eD as needed.
