The ideal candidate will have expertise in performance testing, SAP modules, and automation tools to validate system performance under various conditions.Key Responsibilities: Performance Testing & Optimization: Conduct performance, load, and stress testing of SAP applications to ensure system scalability. Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize SAP application performance. Test Automation & Scripting: Develop and execute automated performance test scripts using LoadRunner, JMeter, or similar tools. Work with SAP GUI, WebDynpro, Fiori, and HANA-based applications for testing. SAP Integration & Testing: Validate end-to-end SAP processes across modules like SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SD, MM, FI, and HR. Work closely with SAP Basis and functional teams to analyze system behavior under load. Monitoring & Analysis: Utilize SAP Solution Manager, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic for performance monitoring. Analyze test results and provide recommendations for system performance improvements. Collaboration & Reporting: Work in an Agile environment and collaborate with developers, architects, and business analysts. Document performance issues, provide solutions, and participate in performance tuning efforts.Required Skills and Qualifications: Performance Testing Tools: Hands-on experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, Neoload, or similar tools. Expertise in scripting, execution, and analysis of performance tests. SAP Expertise: Experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and HANA databases. Understanding of SAP Basis, workflows, and system integrations. Programming & Scripting: Proficiency in Python, Java, or scripting for automation. Experience with SQL queries for database performance testing. Cloud & DevOps: Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP for cloud-based SAP solutions. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and Docker/Kubernetes is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience: 5+ years of experience in Performance Testing & SAP QA. 3+ years of experience in SAP Performance Optimization.
