The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy scalable backend solutions while leveraging cloud technologies and modern development frameworks.Key Responsibilities: Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance backend applications using Java and Spring Boot. Build and deploy Microservices-based architectures. Microservices Development: Create, test, and maintain lightweight and independently deployable services. Implement RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with front-end and third-party systems. AWS Cloud Integration: Develop cloud-native applications using AWS services such as S3, EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS, and SNS/SQS. Optimize applications for cloud deployment and scaling. DevOps and CI/CD: Work with CI/CD pipelines to automate builds, testing, and deployments. Collaborate with DevOps teams for seamless deployment and monitoring. Code Quality and Best Practices: Ensure high code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices. Monitor and resolve performance issues, ensuring application reliability. Collaboration: Work closely with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to gather and implement requirements. Contribute to Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical Skills: Programming: Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot. Microservices: Deep understanding of Microservices design patterns and best practices. Cloud: Proficiency with AWS services and infrastructure. Database: Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDB. APIs: Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs. DevOps Tools: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and version control systems like Git. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of asynchronous messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ. Experience with monitoring tools like CloudWatch, ELK, or Prometheus. Exposure to serverless technologies like AWS Lambda. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. A proactive attitude and ability to adapt to dynamic project environments. Experience: 5+ years of experience in Java backend development. 3+ years working with Spring Boot and Microservices. 2+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services.
