Modify and update existing COBOL programs to improve performance or accommodate changes in business processes. Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to identify requirements and solutions. Analyze system requirements and work closely with users to deliver effective solutions. Collaborate with other IT professionals to integrate COBOL programs with other systems.
