The ideal candidate will have strong experience in gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and facilitating communication between business stakeholders and IT teams. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders to define business needs, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure successful implementation of solutions. The selected candidate will play a key role in optimizing business processes, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality business systems. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Document business processes, workflows, and requirements, ensuring clear communication between business and technical teams. Analyze business needs and propose system solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion of business analysis tasks. Work closely with IT teams to ensure system requirements are understood and implemented correctly. Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements or system enhancements. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements and expectations. Provide training and support to end-users as needed. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather feedback, align stakeholders, and ensure project success. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and industry regulations. Continuously assess business performance and identify opportunities for process optimization.
