Role: Lead SAP Service Management 

Location: Hybrid-Dallas, Texas and Florida 

Duration: 6+ months

Project: SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Implementation/Global Rollout (currently in Explore phase)
Responsibilities:
Serve in a client-facing role, responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, then translating them into detailed design specifications.
Configure SAP Service Management (SM), ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
Collaborate closely with offshore teams to ensure smooth implementation and system integration, maintaining clear communication with onshore counterparts.
Support the ongoing implementation of SAP S/4HANA Service and assist in addressing any client-specific requirements or challenges that arise.
Must Have Requirements:
"Candidates should have at least 15+ years of total IT experience."
Strong Team Leading exp ( minimum 7-8+ years of team lead exp.) 
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in SAP Service Management (SM) or Customer Service (CS) module, with a proven track record in both implementation and support.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Service, Public Cloud experience, with a solid understanding of integration points with other SAP modules.

Experience working with offshore delivery models, demonstrating effective collaboration and communication with onshore teams.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
