Creating end-to-end service blueprint focussing on big picture and owning overall experience. Should be able to facilitate workshops and delivering concepts to be prototyped. Need to understand future state journey that are reflective of what customers need and how they wish to interact with the product." Working closely with Product Managers and Business to understand the requirement and translate them in to workable functional and non-functional user stories This person should be able to document business processes, create process maps and suggest any gaps etc other than writing user stories Propose business solution/define business flows wherever required. Interfacing with Dev, QA, Data team and business users Testing the product, conduct UAT with business users, help QA team to identify the E2E scenarios, regression and UAT test cases Experience in multiple different industries will be a positive.
