Job Description: Responsibilities: Assist with ticket resolution and solutions as part of SDLC implementation. Collaborate with consultants on configurations, builds, and development. Enhance workflows and systems for optimization and user needs. Report progress and challenges to management. Use Java and JavaScript for LabVantage solutions. Utilize GitHub and JIRA for task collaboration. Train users on new processes and system improvements. Requirements: 4+ years of LIMS LabVantage v8 experience. 3+ years of system development (Java, JavaScript, VBScript). Experience with containers, GitHub, JIRA, and complex configurations. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Eagerness to learn new technologies and processes. Genomics workflow expertise is a plus.
