From: Shubham Choudhary, Quantum World Technologies [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title : Capital Market Business Analyst Location : Onsite (Alpharetta, GA) Interview : Phone/Video Job Description: Review client transactions that have been escalated to the Investigations team for financial crimes risks, including but not limited to anti-money laundering laws and regulations or economic sanctions. Review and assess client transactions by consulting the clients profile and past transactions, as well as public sources of information. Analyze and synthesize the information to identify any potential financial crimes risks, including but not limited to anti-money laundering laws and regulations or economic sanctions. Coordinate with Business or Risk partners at Morgan Stanley as required to complete the investigation. Conduct the end-to-end investigation from the initial case investigation to Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) drafting, which will be subject to final review by Morgan Stanley. Essential Skills: Strong understanding of the financial markets and banking, including broker-dealer product-based knowledge, and the ability to conduct independent research. Advanced analytical and Interpretation skills to detect patterns, anomalies, and suspicious activities. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with branch and business unit personnel in a mature and professional manner.
