Top Skills & Years of Experience: Maintaining and vendor managed EHR software, performing maintenance, testing, upgrades, and configurations. Communicating EHR software configuration with external and internal stakeholders. Working with external stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimizations. Experience in engaging users to troubleshoot and resolve EHR application-related issues. Nice to have skills: Experience in Agile environment and System development Test scenarios, test script development, test traceability and maintenance. Working in a government or correctional environment. Existing knowledge of commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) EHR software. B.A. shall have experience with the ability to understand and document Business requirements. Remote or onsite Candidates MUST be a WI resident or willing to relocate to WI prior to starting the role at their own expense. On-site day one, then 100% remote in the State of Wisconsin.
