You will collaborate closely with your product and dev partners in solving problems for our users using human centered design principles. We're combining Design and UX with leading-edge technologies to re-invent healthcare! Primary Responsibilities: Hands-on foundational research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping and customer research taking problems from concept to implementation, quickly and iteratively. UX Designing and Strategy. Partner with system design team to ensure reusability and contribute to the system design ecosystem to improve and evolve design patterns. Manage and translate end user research, facilitate structured brainstorming and ideation techniques, oversee rapid prototyping. Translate business strategies into user experiences, which may include persona development, journey maps, workflow planning, wireframes, and low Client sketches. Deeply understand the needs, pain points, behaviors, emotions and journeys of users in the context of the digital and clinical experience. Identify and coach other team members on user experience design.
