Position Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Advocacy Manager to lead customer-focused marketing initiatives, develop case studies, and drive participation in voice-of-customer (VOC) programs.

This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to engage satisfied customers in advocacy efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Case Study Development:

 Work with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to create impactful customer success stories from ideation to publication.

Advocate Recruitment:

 Identify and engage satisfied customers for testimonials, webinars, and reference programs.

Reference Program Management:

 Build and maintain a strong customer reference pool to support sales and marketing efforts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

 Partner with internal teams to align advocacy efforts with business goals.

Performance Tracking:

 Measure the success of advocacy initiatives and optimize strategies based on data insights.

Qualifications:

Education:

 Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).

Experience:

 Proven track record in customer advocacy, marketing, or project management.

Skills:

Strong writing and communication abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (50-60 active requests).

Proficiency in CRM and project management tools.

Professionalism with clear, concise communication (avoid overly exaggerated language).
