Years of Experience: 5 to 7 Years of QA Experience overall Certifications: Neoload Professional Certification - Mandatory Test Management Tools: QTest, JIRA ALM are plus Neo Load Experience: 5 + Years - Mandatory Experience: Proven experience as a Performance Test Engineer or similar role. Hands-on experience with NeoLoad or similar performance testing tools. Familiarity with other tools like JMeter and LoadRunner is a plus. Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or similar. Experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with performance testing concepts (including load testing, stress testing). Experience leading E2E performance testing for assigned projects. Experience with NFR management and extrapolation. Strong knowledge of performance engineering concepts. Experience in all aspects of performance testing including test planning, documentation, execution, defect management, and reporting Experience with Ready API to Create and Manage Virtual Services preferred, but not mandatory. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
