Should be well familiar with File manager, IBM JCL utilities, version control tool like Changeman/endevor. Should have knowledge of scheduling tools like TWS/CA7. Knowledge of Service Now/any ticketing system tool. Good to have Insurance domain knowledge. Must have prior experience of direct client interaction, excellent interpersonal skills, professional approach and quick learner.
