Share profiles at: [email protected] Role name: Product Owner Role Description: Product Management- Own the product vision and roadmap for Model Manager, aligning it with enterprise AI/ML strategy- Manage the product backlog, including creation, refinement, and prioritization of features- Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams- Conduct sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with the Agile development team- Track and report on product metrics, KPIs, and business outcome, Stakeholder Management- Collaborate with data scientists, model developers, risk managers, and compliance teams to gather requirements- Facilitate cross-functional communication between technical and business stakeholders- Present product updates and roadmap to senior leadership- Build consensus among diverse stakeholder groups on feature priorities and trade-offs### Process & Program Management- Establish and optimize model governance workflows within the platform- Oversee the implementation of model documentation and validation processes- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for model risk management- Coordinate with enterprise architecture teams for system integration- Manage release planning and change management processes- Streamlining model development and deployment processes- Enhancing model governance and risk management capabilities- Improving collaboration between technical and business teams- Ensuring regulatory compliance for model management- Must be well versant to work on roadmaps, extend roadmap to detailed plans and breakdown to stories. Very strong liaison between Business & IT and be the owner of the product backlog.Knowledge on various SAFe roles.Team milestone and roadmap development. Quarterly roadmap review Bi-weekly stakeholder updates on status of work and delivery timelines. Strong communication skills. Competencies: Data Concepts & Data Modelling, Product Owner, Project Management Experience (Years): 6-8 Essential Skills: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field- 6+ years experience in product management, preferably in enterprise software- Strong understanding of ML/AI model development lifecycle and governance- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Superior communication and stakeholder management abilities-Very strong liaison between Business & IT and be the owner of the product backlog.Knowledge on various SAFe roles.Team milestone and roadmap development.
