Build software using modern design patterns and architectural principles. Responsible for both automated unit, functional and integration tests, and develop automation tools for daily tasks as well as the development of high quality, well documented, and efficient code. Employs extensive professional expertise as a generalist and specialist in specific areas. Develops resolutions to complex problems that require the frequent use of ingenuity and creativity. Work is accomplished without appreciable direction. Coaches and mentors junior staff in order to help them grow and develop into seasoned software engineers.
