Key Responsibilities: Prepare Test plan for Hitachi Energy team to test WFM system based on requirements already documented for the US and Canada. Manage UAT testing and Parallel runs testing for WFM system for the US and Canada. This will include managing test execution, reporting testing statistics to Hitachi Energy management, feedback to ADP on testing status, Manage regular testing related meetings. Collaborates with Project manager, Function lead and project core team from clients and leads from ADP for all testing related activities including UAT and Parallel runs. Understands testing methodology, test planning and reporting of testing statistics. Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
