Job Title: ServiceNow Administrator Location: Atlanta, GA - Remote Duration 6 + Months State Client Experience Job Summary: The client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator with 10+ years of hands-on experience in core platform support, configuration, and development activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in IT configuration and asset management, ensuring CMDB accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement IT configuration and asset management methodologies. Define and maintain CMDB policies, processes, and knowledge base. Conduct configuration audits, reconciliation, and reporting. Ensure CMDB accuracy and completeness of Configuration Items (CIs). Identify process improvement opportunities for compliance and adherence. Support and administer ServiceNow Discovery and related applications/modules. Conduct discovery workshops to consolidate data sources and align with CSDM. Design self-service processes to minimize manual effort. Oversee IT Asset Management processes, including procurement, reporting, and data integrity. Implement and manage ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, and Asset Management governance. Document technical processes and ensure alignment with ITIL standards. Qualifications: 10+ years of ServiceNow administration experience. Strong expertise in CMDB, IT Asset Management, and ServiceNow Discovery. ITIL Foundation & ServiceNow Administration Certification required.
