This position requires creativity, problem-solving and strong communication skills to both technical and business audiences, and a proven track record for implementing project management best practices, continuous improvement, and change management frameworks. The position reports to the ERP Program Manager. Essential Functions Manage timeline, tasks, scope, and resources for the OTC-Service stream as part of an ERP program. Help with organization and facilitation of workshops. Align PM constraints (scope/time/cost/quality) in the order needed based on expected business outcomes and sponsorship needs. Share PM best practices to improve always (better/faster/simpler/clearer). Manage deployment, adoption, and improvements in PM tools and applications. Be prepared to always answer the why question to all levels of the organization. Partner with senior leadership team members to balance the budget/scope/time triangle. Develop a communication and change management cadence that will promotes project management lessons learned and best practices for sustained success. Other duties as assigned. Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree in related field with a high desire for a Masters or MBA. 5+ years of experience in leading SAP/ERP Implementations. Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash processes, preferably including Customer Service processes. High level understanding of the following modules: CS, SD. Hands-on experience with Jira. S/4 HANA project experience and familiarity with SAP Activate methodology is required. Must demonstrate leadership skills and ability to influence and motivate others. Superior communication and genuine leadership coupled with the ability and interest to operate strategically and conduct deep dives where needed. Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, bias for action, a passion for excellence and an ability to influence all levels of the organization. Preferred: S/4HANA Service experience. Preferred: PMP (or other PM) certifications.
