I would appreciate it if you can provide the best time and number to reach you to discuss this further Position: Oracle Cloud Fusion Location: Houston, TX Experience : 12+ Years Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Manager to lead the implementation and management of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration, execution, and delivery. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (Finance, SCM, HCM, Procurement, etc.), strong project management skills, and experience in handling end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementations. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets. Oversee Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, SCM, or Financials implementation. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication. Work with business users, IT teams, and vendors to align project milestones. Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with Oracle best practices and industry standards. Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and business users. Ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Technical & Functional Expertise: Provide guidance on Oracle Fusion modules (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, etc.). Support system configuration, integration, and post-go-live stabilization. Work closely with technical teams on data migration, integrations, and reporting. Training & Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct user training. Maintain proper documentation of system configurations and customizations. Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, SCM, HCM, Financials, Procurement, etc.). Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Implementation Methodologies (AIM, OUM, Agile, etc.). Proven track record in managing full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations. Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, OTBI, and SQL is a plus. Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, risk management, and change management. PMP, PRINCE2, or Oracle Cloud Certification is a plus. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
