This role requires in-depth expertise in PAM methodologies and hands-on experience with Beyond Trust and Devolutions products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing, monitoring, and managing privileged access while aligning security practices with industry standards and organizational policies. This role requires strong technical skills, strategic planning abilities, and excellent communication to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A background check is required. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions to secure critical assets. Configure and administer Beyond Trust and Devolutions PAM solutions, ensuring optimal security and performance. Develop and enforce policies for privileged account security, credential management, and access monitoring. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities related to privileged access. Implement multi-factor authentication (MFA), least privilege access models, and session monitoring for privileged accounts. Monitor and analyze privileged access activity to detect and respond to potential security threats. Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to align PAM strategies with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain documentation for PAM architectures, configurations, and operational procedures. Stay up to date with emerging threats, trends, and advancements in PAM and cybersecurity. Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM) administration or architecture. Hands-on experience with Beyond Trust and Devolutions PAM solutions. Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM), authentication protocols, and least privilege principles. Experience with privileged session management, password vaulting, and access control policies. Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, HIPAA) and PAM-related regulatory requirements. Proficiency in Power, Python, or other scripting languages for automation.
