From: shrasti singh, vyzeinc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Need locals Mechanical Engineer ( Full Time ) Onsite- Charlotte NC USC/GC only Skype JD The must have their Professional Engineering License or being will get it within the next year At least 4+ years recent experience in Mechanical engineering for the Commercial Building position and at least 7 years experience for the Healthcare Building position Commercial Building position requires experience buildings like Municipal buildings, Government buildings, Bus Depots, Sr Citizen Centers etc The other position requires Medical or Healthcare building experience with HVAC and Plumbing Healthcare position requires experience with Healthcare or medical buildings For both positions they need strong HVAC and plumbing experience Must have a steady work history without lots of job hops Both positions are hybrid M/F remote and Tues/Weds/Thurs in office Big selling point is excellent benefits with profit sharing, bonuses and strong 401K Required Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an EAC/ABET-accredited program or equivalent in education and experience. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with current license OR ability to obtain a PE. NCEES registration and NSPE membership preferred. 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering with diverse project experience. Must have HVAC Systems experience in the Commercial Building of Government type building arena Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office. Experience with Project, SharePoint, and Teams preferred. Preferred Qualifications CSI-CDT certification (training provided if needed). LEED AP BD+C and WELL AP certifications.
