Interview process: 2 rounds of skype/Teams call Role synopsis: Person need to interact with business users to understand the requirements and work on the fixes/enhancements required on urgent basis. Job Description: 12-15+ years, direct functional and technical experience Thorough understanding of Agile and waterfall delivery methodology Knowledge and experience with using Azure DevOps in full software lifecycle Good understanding of application infrastructure, system architecture and software tooling. Understanding of sprint goals, identify pre-requisites (enablers, tech debts, dependencies on other teams, conflict resolutions etc.) for success of the sprint. Ensure there is comprehensive documentation for requirements (Epic, feature, user story, acceptance criteria including edge case scenarios), functional design & workflow detailing available for sprint execution Ability to blend the allocation of work between developers and quality for effort optimization and meaningful completion of user stories. Active contributor in sprint planning to ensure good code quality and balanced approach towards functional & non-functional items. Enable effectively backlog grooming sessions, sprint planning and enable development & quality teams with complete functional/domain understanding. Manage communication across multiple teams spread across geographies, business teams, third party vendor, and multiple consulting staff Assist in triaging and prioritizing production issues. Adept in handling business changes and managing stakeholder expectations and firm up MVP scope Communicate proactively on status, process standards, changes, gaps and workarounds clearly and succinctly to all stakeholders, including third party vendor(s) as applicable Coordinating and gaining alignment from cross functional teams. Leading and supporting issues resolution, risks and mitigations Successful and timely delivery of workstream Communicate with business users for any scope creep and update MVP for essential elements. Enable iterative demonstrations with meaningful test data.
