Role: Scrum Master Location: Palm Beach , FL (Hybrid) Duration: Long term Contract This position plans, executes, and finalizes projects, according to schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and a proven track record of successfully leading multiple Scrum teams. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in guiding our teams to deliver high-quality products and continuously improve our processes. Individuals define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle. Preferred Skills: Certified PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycles, and technology trends Job Duties & Responsibilities Plans and directs the installation of Information Technology projects within the SAP ERP, supply chain and finance disciplines Provide project leadership on S4 HANA ERP projects to ensure timely and effective project execution. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Provides formalized, continuing work direction and leadership to assigned team(s) to ensure timely and effective project execution Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress. Applies knowledge and experience in own discipline while continuing to acquire and develop higher-level knowledge and skills Builds knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers Solves a range of straightforward problems Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedure Performs other job-related duties as assigned Maintain thorough knowledge of new development and/or SDLC techniques. Coordinate and lead project team meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Indirectly manages project team, individual contributors, and consultants within area of discipline. Promotes and encourages collaboration and transparency and builds trusting relationships between business, delivery, and other entities within the organization Tracks, promotes, and publishes completed program initiatives, epics and business value metrics following Agile methodology Manages risk and dependencies, communicates and escalates impediments to facilitate transparency, and reduces bottlenecks Ensures adherence to -/+ 10% say/do ratio Deep experience with the Agile development methodology and tools such as Atlassian Jira software is a must have.
