So they should even have the title of something like CMDB Design/Administration SELLING POINTS: CMDB CONTRACTORS TO SUPPORT STRATEGY PLANNINGDESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION MANAGEMENT PERFORMANCE ON CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS CORRECT SERVICENOW TABLES TO SUPPORT ITSM MODULE EXPERIENCE WITH SERVICENOW CSDM MODEL SERVICENOW DISCOVERY MAPPING BROAD KNOWLEDGE OF IT INFRASTRUCTURE TOPOLOGY JIRA CONFLUENCE The Configuration Management Database (CMDB) contractor will support the strategy, planning, design, implementation, management and performance of Configuration Management solutions that will effectively and efficiently support the strategic objectives and operational needs Work with Technical stakeholders to define configuration items and classes, their attributes, and data collection that are important to support 2025 Ovation launch which consists of custom products and persistent COTS. Work with the Discovery Administrators to create and implement service maps. Ensure timely population into the correct ServiceNow tables to support ITSM modules and business objectives. II.
